Your Healing Guide
A California native, Rev. Dr. Natalie Vail, DAOM, L.Ac., Dipl. OM has spent much of her life exploring what it means to heal, grow, and live with greater awareness. Her work is shaped not only by formal study, but by her own lifelong path as a seeker—one rooted in curiosity, intuition, personal transformation, and a deep respect for the many ways people make meaning from their experiences. She believes healing is rarely about one technique or one answer; it is an ongoing process of listening closely to the body, honoring where we are, and creating the conditions for greater balance, resilience, and connection.
Dr. Vail is a highly experienced acupuncturist, Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, herbalist, and energy medicine practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in holistic and integrative healing.
She is a California-licensed acupuncturist and nationally board-certified Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She earned her Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Health Sciences in 2011 and her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) in 2016. She graduated with highest honors from the University of California, Berkeley, where she was also inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
Her advanced clinical training includes international study at TCM University of Beijing and a specialized internship in Acupuncture for Labor and Delivery at NYU. Her areas of expertise include acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, women’s health, pain management, stress and anxiety support, digestive health, energy medicine, and whole-person wellness.
Beyond her extensive clinical education, Dr. Vail has devoted more than three decades to the study of energy healing, spirituality, and intuitive practices. She is an ordained Spiritualist Minister, Psychic-Medium, Shamanic Priestess, Reiki Master, and Feng Shui Consultant. This diverse background allows her to work from a broad, integrative perspective that honors both the physical and less tangible dimensions of the healing process.
At the heart of Dr. Vail’s philosophy is the belief that meaningful healing is not about forcing transformation or having all the answers. Rather, it is about helping people understand where they are, reconnect with their own inner wisdom, and feel supported as they move through periods of change, uncertainty, and growth. Her role is not simply to treat symptoms, but to meet each person with curiosity, presence, and respect for the complexity of their individual journey.
Dr. Vail’s work has received national attention, including a feature on TLC’s 90 Day Fiancé, and she is the co-author of 21 Days to Love: A Practical Guide to Manifest Your Greatest Love.
Her practice brings together the clinical expertise of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine with complementary energy and intuitive healing practices—creating a deeply personalized approach to health, healing, and transformation.
